I think we should have an Eastcoast rap forum on the siccness, there is no reason to exclude a whole coast since we have pretty much every other region represented.
If you agree, say somethin on this thread!

Dog we MADE the general hip-hop forum to post about east coast or whatever...anything HIP-HOP....That's like you goin to the SOHH Board and askin for a Bay Area Rap forum.....aint gonna happen man....Just post in the General Forum

I'm just sayin that having a General Forum is damn good enough....There are too many forums in my opinion as it is, so for the cats that wanna talk about East Coast rap, shit, make it yer own...

To ME, threads about Hiero, MJ's etc belong in BART because they ARE Bay Area Rap

there isnt enough ppl that support or know about easct coast music to warrant having an entire forum..anytime i have seen anything on east coast artists or had a question on one,i have gone to the general hip hop forum(which says "coast to coast") and it seems to work fine for me...i dont see what the big problem about just going there is...so what if it doesnt have an eastcoast name...the siccness shouldnt be obligated to make an eastcoast forum just cause it doesnt have it repersented

Being that I am from the West Coast and have lived in NYC almost 7 years. Siccness is the only place I can go and folks are listening to the music I like. Outside of the Siccness your either surrounded by East Coast stuff or South stuff. I mean the shit rules (not in my eyes)...now when I click on the Siccness I wanna know about Mac Dre or how tight the New Turf talk is. THE LAST FUCKING SHIT I WANNA BE READING ABOUT IS....Do you think Jay-Z is really retiring!!!

IMO......General Hip Hop is the weakest link on the SICKNESS!!!

p.s. It looks hella weird with you petitioning for an East Coast forum with a nice pic of MC Eiht in your avator.....LOL

seems like you all have the attitude that East Coast rap is "mainstream" rap. there's a lot more to it than Jay-Z and 50 Cent, honestly I could give a fuck about em. I dont go to SOHH or whatever its called or any other booty ass sites to get my rap info, I pretty much only come to the siccness. what's the motto here? isnt it "the last sanctuary for gangsta rap"? theres gangsta rap in NY too, if you listen to cormega or big noyd or shyheim you know what i'm talkin bout. i usually dont go to the general "hip hop" board cuz i dont really listen to hip hop other than living legends type shit, i like my gangsta rap.

anyway, forget it, I thought it seemed like a good idea but since nobody else agrees I guess it aint worth it

it might be weakest,but its needed,cause back in the day you had all that shit mixed up in the open forum,and that was even weaker...and of course the music you care about less is going to be the link you think is the weakest...

see,i think the the word "hip hop" messed things up a little bit too...i am the same as krishna,when i hear hip hop i think of hiero,LL,justus league...shit like that,and i know alot of cats think the same way,but in this case i saw how it was used and didnt take it literally,but i can see how they would get mixed up like that
