So a team that's starting Payton, Rush, Walton, Medvedenko, and George is overrated? Haha. Who's the dumb fuck calling them a top team?

I agree, who ever wins I'll be happy for either player, cause they're playin' some great ball. I want to know who is the GURU? We've got 2 guys stating the claim, who ever is the GURU, why aren't you on ESPN? Give these cats a run for their money.:cheeky:

I don't thing that having a lot of help on your team will take away from your chances, it helps it just the same.

Best Individual Performance + Good Team (key) = M.V.P. Candidate
Good Team - Candidate = (Are they still good?).

That is my (NBA) M.V.P. formula.

Garnett was my preseason pick, he is the current favorite (in my opinion), and he will take home the trophy when it's all said and done. I think BAMMER picked him too.

8th in blocks
2nd place in the west (1st in midwest)

Speaking of Peja--who is having an outstanding year--didn't we all have an arguement a while back where some wanna-be "GURU" was claiming that Chris Webber was hands down the M.V.P. and the best player in the league? That's kind of strange that the Kings are on there way to having one of the best seasons of their existance without this player. Hmmmm...

Also, Allen who? I vote Iverson for the most disimproved and over-rated player of the year. Oh, but he doesn't have anyone else on his team... well I'm sure they can find someone who can shoot the ball a little better than 38.8%. Come on, pass the ball to Robinson and McKie a little more, this "theres no one else on the team" excuse is starting to fade away as we watch the coach and Van Horn (who is having a great season on a team where he actually gets the ball) leave the team. The 76ers do not even have a winning record, and they more than likely won't see one when this season ends. Iverson has a lot of talent, but he needs to focus more on a ring than a trophy. Oh yeah, anyone who yells out his assist average, go look up who is #1 in the league in turnovers.
That....I agree with. Im tired of people using the bullshyt excuse that Iverson dont have nobody to work with. He got Glen Robinson now and theyre sorrier than before. Just face it, Iverson cant elevate the performance of his team.
