i think its fake...too much shit that people should sell to collectors and shit and he always has a "person".

Why would u get it appraised at 13,000 and then he low balls you for 6,500. people are either hella dumb and desperate or its rigged.

Its just dumb people wouldnt sell this historic shit to a fuckin pawn shop.

that all being said i still like it.
yea, it seems hella scripted, like with the challenges they do, like when he bet his grandpa that he would sell that rolex for 5k and if he did then grandpa would have to wear ed hardy jeans for a day, thats all bullshit.

and where the fuck do they sell some of that shit? like the boat? or the Cars? where the fuck they put that? maybe they sell those online.

yea some of the shit they buy, its like how the hell you going to sell that at a pawn shop? Who's looking to buy a cannon? lol. who's going to spend 6-7 racks on a civil war jacket?

but i do like the show, lol

first off it's vegas, anyone and everything is there, so to see what goes through there not surprising. And why does he have a "person".....well if yo uwere about to let out some cash wouldnt you like to know if it were real fake, real value etc...

and reason they low ball them is very simple.......He has to make money too! if its worth 1000, he pays 500, lists for 1000, probably sells for 800 or so.

That was funny when the Grandpa took a ride in that shelby and went 25mph around the whole track. Also when that chumly guy got that kite stuck on a poll because he didnt know what the fuck he was doin and couldnt get it down. It maybe some what scripted but I think most of it is real because its there business and there not going to do shit that will loose them much money because its on a show. They still need to make profit. As far as the challenges I think there just having fun while they sell some shit or makes them try to sell stuff a little harder than normal.

lol... they kind of had to buy it at that point..

I guess they could have told dude the kite was defective and bounced without paying

I wonder if they ever got that thing down.

pawn stars does a good job telling the whole story of each item in one episode. They start multiple story lines about different items but they always finish each story in a single episode. I thought the shelby story was going to continue over multiple episodes or maybe the whole season since they had so much work done on it. Its annoying when tv shows feel the need to draw out a story over multiple episodes.

meh. saw the commercial one day and again thought to myself "wow we are so desperate for entertainment they have to come up with a show about pawning shit and to attract an audience, they have the name sound like porn stars." fuck that.

Good recommendation. I could do without the scripted bullshit, but it's pretty entertaining and some of the items are interesting.

I THINK ITS A PRETTY COOL SHOW...

ITS SCRIPTED AND ALL, BUT ITS COOL TO SEE THE WHOLE FAMILY WORKIN THEIR BUISINESS. PLUS THEY REALLY DO GET SOME INTERESTING ITEMS COMING THROUGH THERE.

Its one of my current favorites. I don't care if its scripted, I just like seeing all the rare and old items come in and hear about the history of it. Also they are pretty much assholes so thats pretty funny to watch in its own right.

BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. – "Pawn Stars" reality TV show co-star Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison has been arrested after a barroom run-in at a California mountain resort.

San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Arden Wiltshire says the 27-year-old Las Vegas man shoved a deputy and security guard late Sunday at Murray's Saloon and Eatery in Big Bear Lake about 80 miles northeast of Los Angeles.

Harrison was booked into the Big Bear Lake jail for investigation of battery and resisting arrest after the incident. Wiltshire says Harrison was held for a couple of hours to let him sober up.

He was cited and released.

The San Bernardino County Sun says Harrison and another customer got into an argument, and the deputy and guard were attacked while investigating the dispute

Anybody see the episode where Big Hoss and Chum were at subway? Hoss was explaining to Chum how an auction works and he was using his sandwich to demonstrate. He was gasping for air as he was explaining. Like, how the fuck are you hyperventilating when you're sitting your fat ass down in a 55 degree room? Lulz
