Leader? Possibly @ my last job I rose up to be the store manager in less than a year, started out as a sales associate. This new job I'm not in any type of management but people call me constantly asking for help on their jobs.

They're basing the idea on spontaneous action though... someone who's willing to take a chance. I look at it like money's not an issue. Gotta keep your mind in a positive state, if I think about my bills or say to myself I can't afford that then I'm just denying myself. Gotta keep it fresssssh
