Because if the fight doesn't happen on March 13th, then it's not going to happen any time soon after that because Pacquiao is running for office in the Philippines. His campaign starts at the end of march and he'll be booked for the rest of the year. However, there could be a chance of them fighting at the end of the year, like Nov or Dec of 2010. That's why Arum said that. And Mayweather knew that going into the negotiations, it was public knowledge that Pacquiao is running for office (which is exactly why they set the date for early march and not, say, May which is typically a better month for big boxing events).
What's really funny is seeing Mayweather's dickriders try to find ways to back the punk bitch up. Nobody has any valid reason to even suspect Pacquiao of using any sort of performance-enhancing drugs. NONE.

All these threads is full of pac-man dick riders.... There was no reason to think he was juicing till mayweathers camp said it. The only thing they did was got people to start thinking maybe he was or is juicing. Is it wrong yes but him not doing the blood work and trying to sue now makes it look like he might be juicing.
