hardly a landslide......Washington State should of won by about 30 points as bad as texas played and texas still had plenty of shots to win the game...but of course, you wouldnt see that...where were you at last year when washington state got beat by 20 points in the bowl game and the pac 10 got done up again???

fuck some favorites....like I told you on some other thread, I dont look at point spreads......they were ranked 2nd in the Pac 10 and Texas had the 2nd best record in the Big 12.......I aint being biast.....Cougars did force some of that shit but you cant put all those fuck ups Texas did on the Cougars and considering they only won by 8 points, that aint all that impressive to me....im just being honest

good shit BammerI do think bowl match ups are a fairly good indicators of conferences though for real.....typically teams are matched up against supposedly equal opponets in different conferences....so you get pretty good match ups and I think if conference does really well that should reflect on the overall quality of the conference......it doesnt work out exactly every year....due to circumstances with the BCS and shit sometimes taking 2 teams from a conference and moving every team up one spot bowl wise to play a tougher opponent and sometimes moving a team like Kansas into a bowl game when they really shouldnt of played in one (im not making that statement defending texas, so dont respond with a comment saying that im tryin to say texas was bumped up cuz they were bumped down) just trying to show that it aint always exact but overall teams are fairly matched up against other teams of the same calibar in other conferences
what would you think would be the best way to determine who has the best conference?
