nah I feel you. You're right, if you don't like it, don't buy it. I'm jus saying, certain styles don't appeal to the mainstream, therefore won't get you a "record deal" as in which most cases, is what the rapper is really after. Even big independant rappers want deals eventually. It's hard to acheive these things focusing on a style, that only a handfull of people wait for. Kids buy most of the shit out as they always have, they don't know about the dark ish.

yup i'm down with that statement also. for instance, look at x-raided, he hasn't changed one bit, but still sells units like a mainstream figure from sac 2 da bay.

i really cant imagine P-Folks on some beats that arent dark, gon check the album out anyway! just cause he one of the best mcs i heard so far and his debut is such a classic

Thats good P-folkz is bringing some new stuff out. I wish they could re-release smoke inhalation, blood, sweat and tears aswell. Its too bad its out of print im sure a bunch of people would buy it.
