My good friend here in Wichita, KS is a promoter and a big outlaw country/honky tonk fan. That's all he pretty much books. Been hitting all the shows and is about all I listen to anymore. I'm hooked. So far he's had all these bands come through town: The Goddamn Gallows, The Calamity Cubes, Jayke Orvis and The Broken Band, Whitey Morgan and The 78's, Bob Wayne and The Outlaw Carnies, James McMurtry, Joe Buck Yourself, Saint Christopher, T. Junior, Husky Burnette, The Hootin Hallers, Smokestack Relics, Scott H. Biram, Jackson Taylor and The Sinners, Fifth On The Floor, The Sawyer Family, James Hunnicutt, Hellbound Glory, Viva Le Vox, Carrie Nation and The Speak Easy, The Johnson Creek Stranglers, & several others I'm sure I forgot to mention.
