SAY SAY SAY....WHAT IT JUICE YALL?... MY PERSONAL OPINION IS DAT BOTH CAMPS GOT SLAPPIN MUSIC AND A LONG TRACK RECORD. BUT TO BE HONEST BOTH SIDES GOT A LONG WAY TO GO. BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST WE NEED TO UNITE LIKE THE SOUTH DID AND BANG FOR THIS MONEY AND NOT FOR THIS BULL SHIT THAT HAPPENED OVER A DECADE AGO. MY CAMP IS PAST DA BULLSHIT WE TRYNA PUT DAYGO ON DA MAP WIT WHO EVER WANNA PUT IT DOWN AND RIDE WIT US YA DIG!!!...MITCH MAY BE A LIL OLDER BUT MY MENTOR MAC DRE R.I.P. WAS OVER 30 WHEN HE GOT THAT THIZZ SHIT REALLY POPPIN SO ITS NEVER TO LATE WE GOT DEDICATED NIGGAS IN OUR CAMP DAT AINT GONE QUIT TILL WE MAKE IT FOR THE TOWN KNO MATTER HOW MANY SIDEWAYZ ARTIST GET LOCKED WE GOT SUCH A BIG ARSENOL THIS SIDEWAYZ SHIT AINT GONE STOP...SO LOOK DAYGO MUSIC FANS RIDE WIT SIDEWAYZ AND WRONGKIND...BACK US TO THE FULLEST AND ITS INEVIDIBLE DAT WE WILL MAKE IT...JUICED UP THUMBS DOWN....KLACK KLACK...YEA DAT...SAY DAT...ALL DAT SHIT.. sidewayz has cool music and a lot of the Ps ride do it, but they have yet to really have a breakthrough project like triggeration station. you really need that before you can say "we're here". triggeration had OG Crip niggaz in Oside bumpin it... that was amazing to me at the time.
on the other side of the coin, wrongkind hasnt been able to create a phenomenon like that since they first stepped in the game. only based on the fact that mitchy has accomplished much more and is far more well known, if i was forced to pick one and not say they were equal, i would say wrongkind. they've sold much more records, worked with more artists, been in the major mags and dvds, and are affiliated with larger artists on a consistent basis.
look at black wall street... isnt that really just The Game?? but its still considered a "label"... so..
whens the last time there was a label full of successful artists period?? even rockafella was mainly just jay z.
bad boy and death row had hits from all their artists..
pac, snoop, dpg, rage, dre...
notorious b.i.g., lil kim, lil cease, the lox, 112, total....
no limit and cash money when they had artists were doing well..
cash money is tryna be a label again right now, but they're putting artists together that dont seem to fit. mack 10, g malone, and lil wayne?? and birdman??? not seein the vision there..

I went out to canada once to visit my cuz and i met this one whiteboy out there and when i said i was from dago he asked me if i knew mitchy slick. lol if mitchy got fans all the way out there thats some good shit, thisd was a couple years ago also before the strong arm steady shit really started poppin

This is one of the best threads I have viewed in a long time... I feel we need more threads like this so that the truth can reach the masses vs the bull shit.. In my opinion you gotta respect Mitch for the line he has pushed and continues to push for the SD... Be honest in most cases when u outta town and you say ur from SD the first thing they ask you is do you know Mitchy Slick... On the flip side of the coin, you gotta respect Sidewayz Ent for the way they are acquiring new masses of youthful fans through their movement and muzik... They push a very hard line, and you would have to be blind to not notice it... Some people get scared away by the bangin aspect of SD and want a more fun and flyer party vibe which they get from the Sidaz... Both camps capture the essence of SD from different angles... My opinion is if you from SD you need to support real SD muzik, its the only way we gonna get an opportunity to show the world what the city is really about.. More niggaz need to start reachin past the lines of division and start fuckin wit each other like the Cherry Chuck Gang.. I can honestly say that in 08 you dont see any more undercover fans. I see more and more niggaz listenin to muzik because of the fact that its good muzik... We have came a long way and we still have a long ways to go. So from here i will say "I'm ridin for this SD win loose or drawl. United we Stand, Divided We Fall!!"
