its actually the first thread that has stayed on topic. i love all the covers for the shock value. hell i buy cd's sometimes just by what the cover looks like. nothing beats the 80's covers though and death metal covers, fuckers get twisted. now days though everybody is so pussy and easily offended with it so it has been so toned down.

anyone remember this one? not so much shocking as it was then but when it hit shelves people were outraged



it was actually redone without "cop killer" on the chest and the song was banned



in case you didnt know, BODY COUNT was Ice-T's rock group and he was lead singer

not everyone knows who they are.. i had it as well but in cd form when it first came out and it was pulled from the shelves and re-released with new cover art ( cop killer was taken off and replaced with body count on the guys chest ) also the song was removed from the album all together.

the cd cover art gave you a reaction other than what your used to, being as you were disgusted by it, they are overall shocking to see. i am a fan of cannibal corpse' cd artwork but not a fan of the music. i like the shock value.

faces of death - not shocking go to the ync website or ogrish forums to be truly shocked and disgusted.
