if u have respect for lyricist then u NEED to give props to this. his story telling is sick and his raps are just ridiculous in this. going to see him live 4/11 with a bunch of other ppl i dont like but fuck i get to see him. i heard Kanye puts on a good show and he's headlining so hopefully he's more entertaining live. and i get to see rihanna's fine ass in bondage.

that's the same concert I was supposed to go. My friends will be there though.

But yeah, the Cool is what hiphop needs I hope tech can compete. Lupe aint even on some superlyrical or complicated shit either. He just does himself well and his production compliments the concept of the songs well. Its just all well thought out while still satisfying music vibes. The whole personification of the game and the streets and stringing it together was dope to me. You can hate on it and say its just a conscience album but its a nice piece of art.
