I know a visual arts communication professor where I work here at Purdue and I asked him about the K.O.D. font. He said that it's very unlikely that it's a font that you can find somewhere. He called it a "logotype" which is a font or design that started out as a regular font, but was modified by a graphic artist/font maker for a company.
For example, on the promo the "ALBUM IN STORES" font is the same as the "TECH N9NE" font at the top, except that the latter has been modified specifically for the K.O.D. album with little thorns in the letters.
So basically, the only place you could possibly find this font is from whoever modified the original font.
