Kabosh is taking so long for a couple reasons id imagine, one being that they want an entire live band like you stated... And YES they will be using different names. Techs was... Wayne Minor if im not mistaken? Kain will probably come in and confirm or deny that. Kali will also be using a different name. The project is to be a REAL rock experience hence the band etc...

With all of the talent that Strange has been signing lately, K.O.D. coming up, and other artists that have already been on the label and their projects, I highly doubt that they'll have time to concentrate on a band. It's just not the right time.
