What is every single crime that falls under the category of non-violent crime, or all those that will be affected under this piece of legislation? There are plenty of people here that will say FUCKKKK YEAHHH WOHOO SECOND CHANCE. And not getting hired because your a criminal is an excuse. We hired a guy on an electronic ankle braclet. If he can get a job and you can't you need to try harder. Special Needs people get jobs. Hook yourself up with an employment agency or get into one of those trade fields.

We fired him for *drumroll* Stabbing one of our employees because he asked him if he wanted a sandwich. Yup, a sandwich. And he got hired to work around kids!

There have been a lot of times I can't get a job, and I have a full resume and years of management experience. Sometimes its just not there.

I feel you tweeze I used to do expungements for the county, well prepare the paperwork for the judge. Most of the expungments I did were for employment. Most of thoses were for people entering law enforcement. You have to be off probation and have been clean for 5 years.
