THis revolutionizes production. Allows for mass production of complex goods, and is still in use today.

you're assuming that just because you are on an assembly line, or in a union, that you have 0 job skills. Pipefitters Union, they obviously have skills, Welders Union, ditto, Teamsters, obvious skills.
