Most of us outside of Oakland like the Raiders. Growing up, they were one of my favorite teams. It's just that Al Davis is so fucking easy to laugh at. Along with pretty much every coach and player in the post-Gruden era.
If the Raiders start doing well again, I'll jump back on the bandwagon. But since they're not my favorite team, I sure as fuck didn't feel like rooting for them when the chips are down.

props to the raiders though d looked pretty solid, runnin game was smashin i thought the chargers was goin 187 yall, but yall held em nice except when it really counted (aint shit new). i think yall got robbed on that TD, but yall had the lead wit a lil over 2 min. left and still gave it up. russell is bootsy, mcfadden's a beast, but it's still "FUCK THE RAIDERS" lol.

1) RUSSELL HAD A BAD GAME. HE STILL HAS A LONG WAY TO GO. TERRIBLE ACCURACY AND COMPLETION PERCENTAGE OVERALL. SOME OF THOSE THROWS WERE FLAT OUT AWFUL. STILL, HE SHOWED A LOT OF TOUGHNESS AND HEART. THAT BOMB TD HE THREW TO MURPHY TO ALMOST WIN US THE GAME WAS BEAUTIFUL. SEEMED LIKE HE WAS NERVOUS ABOUT PLAYING ON SUCH A BIG STAGE. SOME MAY CALL ME A HOMER (BIG TRANNY CHREEBO) BUT I’M STILL GIVING THIS KID A CHANCE. REMEMBER HOW LONG SOME OF YOU NINER FANS GAVE ALEX SMITH? SOME OF YOU STILL SAY HE’S NOT A BUST. HE’S GOT UNTIL THE END OF THE SEASON BEFORE THE DISCUSSION CAN BEGIN. THANK G-D FOR ZACH MILLER. LOL
2) OUR DEFENSE WAS FEROCIOUS ALL GAME UNTIL THAT LAST DRIVE WHEN WE PLAYED PREVENT, (WHICH LOST US THE GAME). THESE GUYS WERE FLYING AROUND AND HITTING HARD. SEYMOUR WAS AN INSTANT IMPACT PLAYER AND KEY CONTRIBUTOR. HE ELEVATES THE PLAY OF EVERY PLAYER ON THAT LINE. THEY BROUGHT CONSTANT PRESSURE ALL NIGHT LONG.WELL DONE AL. BEST TRADE WE’VE DONE IN YEARS. CHRIS JOHNSON WAS OUTSTANDING. ANOTHER GREAT SIGNING. TYVON BRANCH LOOKED GOOD. NNAMDI GOT BEAT WHICH RARELY HAPPENS SO I’D HAVE TO SAY HE HAD A BAD GAME. LOL

Man, I am not sure about McFadden.... he seems to slip a lot. And that fumble hurt more than anything because it gave San Diego good field position and a few plays later they were in the end zone.
DHB has gotta bounce back. That drop on that slant route disappointed me. If he continue dropping easy passes like that he's going to end up a bust. Since this was his first regular season game I'll give him a few more chances.

i dont remember what thread i said id post it in and im not sure how to like put the video so here is the link to the td in question notice at :30 in is the touchdown notice how the ball moves and the tip touches the ground but his arm is still under it and it is against his body to me that means control of the ball even tho it touched the ground judge for urself

Russell didnt have a bad game, he had his usual game. Lets face it, he was doing the same shit he always has..Overthrowin wide open recievers, locking on and staring recievers....To me the Raiders lost cause of him..this is what i mean. His ability or lack of ability hinders the offense. Cable can only do so much with the playcalling cause he needs to play it safe..the running game and o line were dominant but Russell's inability caused cable to probably not call some plays he wanted to. Is it bad that i was more worried when the back up came in? If Jeff Garcia plays last night, Raiders win by 14pts. easy i see guys on here saying he made a beautiful play on that 4th and 15 but really he didnt. it was a blown coverage and he had an open man, he did what he is supposed to do-throw it to the wide open reciever, nothing special
The d line was actually fun to watch(pains me to say) the chargers were so thin at o line that we actually cut our 4th rd pick before the game to bring in a lineman from the practice squad...then we lose two during the game, not good. Nnamdi had trouble with VJ last year too-i think VJ is gonna breakout this season.
Mcfadden has explosion, But ive said before on here..I love Bush. Damn he was almost a Bolt!

Raiders looked good and they were fierce last night, keep in mind thats its monday night, home opener and juices were flowing. They played thier best football while the chargers played their worse and still lost it..also the chargers have major holes on the d line and o line...i wanna keep an eye on oakland the next couple of weeks and see if they can keep that intensity.
that td call was the correct call, the problem is that the rule sucks ass...i wouldve gave dude the touchdown and still think he got it.......
Raiders lost cause of Russell? Give him a fuckin' break... I like how you took away credit for that 57 yard TD pass with that blown coverage bullshit. He didn't miss on that pass to put us ahead now did he? He was hittin Miller for them 3rd down conversions.... Our D caved in, in the end. We didn't have to give up a TD.
