yea, well 9 o'cloc bed time for me meant that i was either:
staring at the ceiling for 6-7 hours before before i could sleep,

shit, I used to be knoctural as a muthafucker. Eating dinner at like 2-3 am and smoking weed and watching TV until like 5am every morning.

Needless to say that shit didn't work when I got a real job that I had to be in at 730.

I had to fuck around and go to one of those sleep clinics to try and reset my sleep paterns, but that shit only lightweight worked.
