What'd ya think of Tim Thomas's 3 to tie it up?
Tim Thomas is deep and that fool can shoot. I was trying to tell y'all that Nash is surrounded by talent. He doesn't have to make all the big shots for his teams because of players like Thomas, Marion,.... not taking anything away from Nash though.

Quote of the Day
"I felt the Lakers were tight down the stretch. They don't have too many guys with experience in these types of situations. They wouldn't take the shots -- they kept passing to Kobe."
-- Suns forward Tim Thomas, author of the clutch 3 that forced Game 6 overtime.

I agree.... and what is wrong with Smush Parker? I would blame Phil Jackson for keeping these bums in. Kwame needs to be benched and Smush Parker. Put them other dudes in.

This is cut and pasted from an article. This really explains that!

Kobe was indeed stupendous. Hitting off-balance shots from everywhere with hands in his face. Routinely driving, spinning, and whirling to the basket. Making timely defensive rotations. Busting his gut from endline to endline. Forcing only two shots and three dribble-drives. And certainly playing well enough to lead his team to victory.

Kobe started out in the same pass-first mode that boosted the Lakers to their three wins. In fact, he even turned down a pair of relatively easy shots to deliver the ball to Kwame Brown, who fumbled both passes.

And early on, the Lakers' offense was far from being a one-man show, but was undermined by turnovers, 20 for the game. Only Lamar Odom and Devean George proved to be staunch allies: Odom's line included 8-14, 11 rebounds, 9 assists, and 22 points. George came off the bench to bury 3-of-5 treys and score 14 points.

Otherwise, Brown showed his usual quick feet and slow hands and was therefore somewhat unreliable. Luke Walton registered 10 points but missed too many critical shots — including two fadeaway jumpers in the lane when defended by the diminutive Nash. Smush Parker was a total loss — 0-5, 2 assists, 3 turnovers and only two points — missing one layup, getting another layup smacked, committing a costly charge, and making several ill-advised passes while in the air.

^^^ARE YOU FROM TEXAS??? THE REASON I ASK IS BECAUSE I JUSS WANNA SEE IF YOURE BASING ALL THE MULE SHIT YOURE SHOVELIN ON BIASED OPINIONS...
no I ain't from Texas and I ain't even a Spurs or Mavs fan, I'm just being realistic. These Lakers and Kings fans are getting way ahead of themselves saying the Lake show or the Kings are going all the way to the finals lmao...that's far from happening. The Kings were eliminated last night like I thought, and the Lakers will probably lose tonight, so there goes whoever predicted that either one of them will go to the finals. It wasn't a biased opinion at all, just callin it how i see it

The Suns got the series..

No way they blow it after coming back from 3-1..

Reminds of when the Pistons and Magic played in the first round three or four years back.. Magic went up 3-1, McGrady says it's great to be in the second round, finally.. Pistons win the next three.

Everyone thought LA was going to the second round, myself included, and now they won't.

This is why the first round should stay seven games... The best team will always win a seven game series, the chance of luck giving you four games is less than three.
