Real talk..best movie out right now...dont think that 2 face is dead either..if Batman can survive that fall so could Harvey...Im sure Gordan probaly put his crazy ass in Arkham somewhere lol...
When the joker got caught the police SWAT came out and swooped him...he's probably gonna make a cameo in Arkham in the next movie but wont be the main villan....I heard Daniel Lewis (There will be blood) might play him...but it will just be a shadow of Heaths performance
And the part where the joker is beatng batman w/ the pipe reminded me of the book funeral for a friend when Joker kills Robin...he was doing the same shit with a crowbar
I noticed that as well....did anyone else catch the Spawn...Batman connection lol....the black guy that the Joker killed is the same actor from the Spawn movie...there are also a few spawn vs batman comics out there
I also got the voice part...I didnt like it that much but I got it. It would have been a little better if they tried to explain it somehow...maybe he had some gadget to change his voice?

I think you puttin' too much on it. The bigger irony would be, 2 of Heath Ledger's biggest roles would be "Brokeback Mountain" in which he starred with Jake Gyllenhaal and "The Dark Knight" which starred Maggie Gyllenhaal (brother and sister).
The voice part got me rather annoyed as well, until I figured they made this movie in a realistic sort of way. Reason for him changing his voice would be, so they wouldn't recognize who he was by his voice.

just seen it this afternoon and I gotta say it's one of the best Batman flicks ever and def Best Movie Of The Year so far IMO!!!! Now let's see if Step Brothers and Pineapple Express can impress like The Dark Knight cuz that's def the next 2 on my theater list..... Oh by the way Joker was the fucking maaaaan!!!!
I completely agree. I thought Christian Bale did a great job, especially as Bruce Wayne, but the Batman voice really got on my nerves for some reason. I understand why it makes sense that he'd use a different voice, and that it would probably be something similar to that.. but holy shit was it annoying.
My fav part was definitely when the Joker was walking away from the exploding hospital in the nurses outfit. It's already been said a million times.. but Heath Ledger NAILED that role.
