can someone please clue me in on what exactly a "sick freak" is in this game? Google failed me, so I figured I'd ask the Sicc if anyone knew what the "sick freaks" are supposed to be in this game...lol

im serious man...lol

when you beat the game, a map is given to you showing you where all the "sick freaks" are located and when i go look for them i can't find them. i walk up to every person in the area and nothing happens.

o shit haha i think i know what youre talkin about since i ran into these random people before beating the game.

you dont see them on the map when you pause the game, BUT if you pay attention to your radar in the bottom left corner on occasion there will be a green person icon, the first one i saw was right after you bury that one guy and leave the cemetary there is some kid lover chester close by that wants a ride to some boat pier to toss a duffle bag.

In another part of town is some rasta dude claimin some young bucks have overrun his block and wants your help to take them out. that is pretty much it, im not sure how many there are. when you start walking close to the right person it automatically goes to a cut scene so the person starts talking to you.

i think another one is that one rich bitch chick that you first kidnapped, if you go back to her house she recognizes you and calls the mafia squad out the house to come out so you have to blast them all

those are the random characters. if you go to your stat menu you can see random encounters. i think there is 12 in all. they are always at a certain place around a certain time.
