Not sure...but their are signs everywhere in Gastown(Vancouver,BC) for such trips...i didnt even know US citizens are forbidden to go travel to Cuba...and then my dad had pointed out all these travel signs for Cuba....it was a trip...

My friend stayed in a Cuban surgeon's house for 5 dollars a day and she was happy as fuck...made him 3 meals a day and waited on him hand and foot.

I'm sure everything is pretty cheap down there.
