WTF? Outstanding? Other than Carr who I think will be good, Reggie has done a terrible job. This team is on its way to a 1-15 record. This has to be one of the worst Raider teams I've ever seen.

He finally got a a draft right this past draft other then that Reggies been terrible. Offense is much more the focus also unless of course you want Carr totally ruined by the end of next season

Murray is a reggie guy, Hayden is coming around. There are a lot of young players on this team that look like they can start for a while. I'm just saying, draft wise you can't ask him to do much better. Free Agents and coaches, different story.

You build through the draft and you don't overpay free agents and risk the future. He's being smart, even though our record doesn't exactly show it this year.

the first year reggie was GM was nothing but getting rid of out of whack contracts. There was no way the team could move forward like that. Even last year we still had a ton of dead money on the books.

There also was no real coach that would come here. Hue jacksons head was way too big to keep and really nobody wanted to come coach here.

the 2012 draft was horrible, but we didn't even pick till the 3rd round and reggie whiffed on all those picks, He did get king and streeter as UDFA, two starters. Maybe not streeter for most teams but he is a solid player and king gets better as a punter.

in the past two years he has drafted a few possible permanent starters. Hayden, Sio, Murray, Rivera, Carr, Mack, Jackson, Ellis. Possibly Watson and Carrie too. thats 12 if you include streater and king. You build from the draft not thru free agency.

no real big name FA wanted to come here. Brown, Penn, Howard, Jones have all been serviceable free agents signings. Tuck and woodson have been so-so, but huge in the mentoring aspect for the young guys. mjd, woodley, smith, rodgers and schuab have been horrible signing, but they are all team friendly contracts that we can get rid of next year with ease.

He has put this team in a good position to grow. He's slowly been building the foundation for the future, not just selling out to win a 8 games. This year would of been a whole lot different if Roach never got hurt. We've been in contention for more games then we've been blown out.

Reggie deserves at least another year

What the team needs to do Is hire a president of football orperations, or someone who reggie could check with about making movrd at least in the FA realm of tjings

Only time you'll see me in this thread. It's rivalry week. NINERS!!!!!! FUCK THE RAIDERS!! And fuck anyone who says it's not a rivalry.

Tony Sparano
What was the message to the team about the rivalry with the 49ers?

"I think any time two teams that are this close in proximity to each other, it’s going to be deemed a rivalry no question about it. That part about it, I mean hey, it’s fun. I know it’s big for the organization, I get it. I know what the record is over the last several years... Listen, any win in our league is a great win. Would it mean more? Sure. It’s a big win, they’re a good football team. Any win is a great win, but when it’s a rivalry game, there is a little more to it."
