of course sharks have faced goalies the last 2 years who played out of their MINDS....craig anderson and jonas hiller. 51 saves in regulation?? and then to have the game end 21 seconds into overtime...i thought i had time to run to the liquor store and back, i had to hear it on the radio.

lets end the series in these next 2 games, quiet all the haters. sharks are averaging a playoff high 43.5 shots per game.

Jed Ortmeyer (lower body) practiced on Thursday.
Ortmeyer was a healthy scratch in Game 1, played in Games 2 and 3 and missed Tuesday's game with the lower body injury. He will be a game time decision. Stay tuned.

The San Jose Sharks are switching around their top lines and Torrey Mitchell will start the game off on a line with Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau.
The Sharks are getting little-to-no production from their top line so Dany Heatley moves down to the third unit alongside Manny Malhotra and Logan Couture. Mitchell played on a line with Thornton and Marleau in the latter stages of Game 4 and this continued at practice on Thursday. "Obviously I need to bring my speed, get in on the forecheck and get them the puck," Mitchell said. "The idea is for me to hopefully get it in those guys' hands more than they've had it previously." Mitchell should get a fantasy boost with this move.
