To my nigga Lic it wan't no disrespect to slight Lil' Slim cuhz...I like his chit too...forgot abt him for a sec...he had a few craccin' azz videoz and gave tha 'O' some good exposure...its a gang of talent floatin' around tha city...4th Waiver gott some clean chit, but they were already spoken upon...I wuz tryin' to speak on who wuz excluded...but bacc to my opinion, G-Rilla (G-Man III) frm THA NORTHSIDE d33p V@LL3Y has that "it factor" or atleast had it!!! From tha NORTHSIDE, Southside, Mid-Valley, Eastside and Westside niggaz are puttin' out slumpers...special shout out to my nigga Raine and my nigga Qwicc (send me somethin' locco!!!)

Tri-City has a set called T.C.b. too (some cross-townz...they clicced up wit' a bigger s3t outta tha 'O' if I'm not mistaken now tho)...Thunder Hills used to be an ese' s3t...not sure anymore...

the O has talent... alot of wacc rappers too... an extraordinarily large amount of wacc rappers, but there are some good ones

raine is servin everyone musically though... niggaz cant c his bars or his concepts
(believe me... fucc whatcha heard... i heard the whole hard drive)

and havin fastlane on keys... (cant go wrong)
