1. Esham did NOT put Detroit on the map. Detroit has been my favorite rap city on the 'right side of the map' forever now, and you should probably get your local facts straight. Esham simply opened up a floodgate for a more dark sinister bound community who enjoyed his underground music. I enjoy Esham's music every once in a while.
2. Eminem CAN rap.
3. Obie Trice CAN rap.
4. They are both good rappers, and Obie's new CD is tight.

Nope, sorry but I disagree. If it wasnt for Esham there would NOT be a Eminem, Kid Rock or ICP. Thats a fact. Esham influenced all three of these artists.

Eminem has never once said anything about Esham's influence on the rap scene, and has never sounded like him at all or used any of his 'quotes' or 'sounds' in his word.
Eminem is famous because Dr. Dre listened to a tape of the 97 Rap Olympics and signed him. That is the ONLY reason.
ICP did not even grow up 'in' the city of detroit itself. They grew up on the outskirts, in a town I do not remember the name. They have not once owned a house, even today, that had the mailing address of "Detroit, Michigan".

The only thing where there could have been confusion was about ICP, but it seemed to me that you were some how implying that Esham did not influence them. If you agree that he did, then I withdraw that statement.
