I'm at a loss for what could be done. I have to say that I'm really unhappy with the play of our safeties. They're soft. They don't play with a chip on their shoulder.

Raiders safeties used to terrorize the league. When you went across the middle to go after a pass, you knew you were going to get blasted. WTF happened to that? Tyvon Branch is good but he's not been playing very well this season. Huff is pretty good in coverage but he's just not physical enough. Mitchell might be the answer but he is still very raw.

At some point we need to learn to stop the FUCKING RUN.

yeah Michael Huff cant tackle for shit. You watch those long plays and like 3 guys whiff.. Grad throws some shitty fucking passes sometimes man but Murphy has got to catch that.. they woulda won if they score there

Huff should only play on passing downs. He can not tackle for shit. Our run D sucks.

The running backs shouldn't be getting to that level, but yeah Huff is terrible in the open field.

True Tony, but our safeties are there to make sure if they do get to that level they get laid the fuck out....as of now it's our safties laying themselves the fuck down on the field as the runner gets a 75 yard touchdown

If your safties have to tackle running backs downfield, your linebackers and D-line aren't doing their jobs.

The last saftey we had that was worth anything was Eddie Anderson......After that we have drafted safties who havent panned out.....1st rounders 2.....Derrick Gibson from florida state...Remember him..He was a wasted pick.....Then we drafted Michel Huff who showed glimpses of why we drafted him so high last year, but now seems to be back to his regular self....

What other safties have we drafted high and nothing amounted...???

huff did better playing in the box and covering TE. we should move him and start stevie brown. that kid just always seems to be in on good plays. I always see him doing something good on special teams.
