i think its kinda amusing the artist are the only people getting
all butt hurt over this topic.......Bullet we all know you sell big
in square hoods and farm towns were real proud of you and
im real sorry your idaho and utah folks aint on here to pump
up your ego but life goes on though right....me personally have
never heard your music so im not gonna list you maybe you
should take this as a hint and promote more around the puget
sound area instead of doing shows in billy bobs tavern in country
ville idaho.....if your label is doing it so big how come i see point
side flyers in my hood, mr benjamin flyers in my hood,unexpected
at the mall hustlin,dividenz downtown hustlin and i never seen
bullet anything any where!!!! IMO you should be praising the
internet because if it wasn't for this site alot of people in seattle
would have no idea who you even are!!

tune in to X104.5 in seattle, or cop a record. i don't disagree i need to promote more in puget sound but truthfully speaking you know about me and haven't checked it out so what would me promoting there do in the since of reaching you? I'd rather sell in numerous places even if it smalltowns, its much better than selling in only one. As for all this Seattle stuff, ask the rappers from there and see if they think Seattle is the most loving and accepting market. I doubt they will say yes and why your at it why not ask somebody who knows me or speaks to me on why i have 5 records and don't be in seattle a whole lot. I know who I'm marketing my music too, and what i want to happen to go into a new market and it revolves around radio. You have all these indy labels and artists trying to break a metro area of 1.8 million people with a budget that is unlikely to exceed 5,000 dollars. I'll take my 5000 and drop it in Boise, Yakima, Tri-Cities, Salt Lake, Spokane, Iowa etc and take my few sales in portland and seattle spending next to nothing instead of dropping 5000 in seattle to make a small buzz that weill be forgotten in 7 days when rappers X Y and Z do the same thing.

its a business, and like i said i aint tripping if i get votes in a cyber rap world.... let me get votes and cvrack the top 7 at 7 or the 9 at 9.

Were you up North? ..we are known to have huge numbers of KKK up there.. but if you come down South... Boise or Canyon County we have a cool Underground scene- several clubs and different venues that hold large crowds for live performances.. Canyon County is 80% Hispanic.. we arent all wearing overalls and a straw hat..

There's a lot of business to be done out here- big money to be made.. ask Bullet.

i have been there several times and i can honestly say
i didn't see anything that looked even half way crackin
just don't look like a big market for rap music i have
a couple friends from idaho falls and they say the
same thing.....

@bullet....im not trying to be a ass i just found it kinda
strange your from western washington but your rarely
ever out here promoting in your own neck of the woods!!
i would listen to your song on 104.5 but that station barely
comes in anywhere......

Perhaps you should get to know more people outside of Idaho Falls.. you shouldnt base your entire perception of Idaho off of some friends from IF or that entire area period.. when youve visited have you come thru Boise?
It gets half way crackin' out here on a Wednesday night, not to mention Friday or Saturday -- all I'm sayin' is there's more love out here with a population of 300,000 than there is in a city of 1.8 million like King County...

See all the fuckin' arguing......it's pointless. We sell here.....they sell there.....he sells in small towns.....he don't.

All I know......it's gonna be a real interesting year for the NW music scene. Alot of people are steppin' up there game and the competition is goin' to become more fierce than ever.

Time will tell though......it always does.

I'm just gettin' tired of the pettiness of these arguments that always result because of threads like this. We all know who is doin' shit.....regardless of where they're doin' it. Between SLR...JusFam & Eastside.....we got the whole NW on lock. Nuff said. It just gets bigger from there. We got like 30+ albums between the 3 of us with hella more coming this year.........

I mean.....who else is doing it like us? Nobody.
