I caught this show.......Great shit mayne........The situation with the Phoenix is that they do want Hip Hop....But only a certain style of it....I went there 2 days ago to book a show and was told they dont want any trouble.There definition of trouble as of 2 days ago was .....No blue no red......Yah I know its that throwback way of thinking but what I got out of the conversation was they dont want any fights,vandalism,blunts out front,shady cats slangin,......They want a cool vibe.So I imagine they want more of the elements of Hip Hop there....battles,turntablism,concious Hip Hop.....They aint feelin what they consider gangsta shit.....But there is another booker there who books the weekends...that would be the cat to talk to......during the week shows you would talk to Tom for that.

If we could actually sell it out the fairgrounds and the Vets are more then Game now days to work with good promoters that wanna do rap, Its just not cost effective like it use to be back in the mid ninetys where there was support, The only way is to bring out a "TRL" Hip hop artist so the little bitches out here buy tickets.
