lol yeah you wonder why the west cant sell records...oh my bad, let me start over...you wonder why all of the attention is in the BAY AREA right now...because besides GAME, Snoop, and Dre no ones checking for LA rappers...if i really wanna hear a "khakis & chucks" 100 times i'll buy a snoop dogg or an eastsidaz album instead of some underground LA gang bangin ass rapper, because at least i know what to expect from their album...
its fucked up though because most people outside of cali only know LA...meanwhile places like sacramento and san diego, who also have gangsta rappers, but who at least know how to tell some new type of stories, and at the same time can spit, get overlooked, because of "your" city...
and really if you cant separate being an artist from being "gangsta" then this is all you're good for lol...
