nah not even close...nortenos are mainly in the 509, yak / spokane, but theres more skraps than anything...in all the times i been to seattle and tacoma, i only seen skraps, crips, bloods, 18TH

right off top that i know for sure that florida got more nortenos in more citys than washington...i used to live in florida...go to tampa, orlando, st pete, largo, clearwater, sarasota, bradenton, polk county..hella enes out there...

been to utah and colorado, and like i said before, i seen more nortenos in those states than ive ever seen in washington
