yeah cs3 isnt a whole lot different there are some things i found better about it but i mean its not that serious of a transistion and it still has bugs and hangups or at least the copy i had did....it took up a shitload of room for install too so i just switched bacc to cs2 for now....but its really the artist not the programs version....Shemp will still shit on most of us graphic artists with Photoshop 7 i bet....
i dont know his baccground so i dont know if he went to school or not but he could of easily learned on his own i learned hella shit on my own before i ever went to graphics school and i even taught my teachers a few triccs here and there....school was mostly bullshit....i only went to try to get the paper that said i was certified to get an actual job in graphic design but i found out that working for a company isnt as great as working freelance at home and designing for rappers and shit like that.....
the main thing ive noticed about great designers like Shemp is that they all are also very good photographers and take thier own pics so they have the control of the artwork from the beggining and can create the vision they have in mind.....rather than just accepting any old crappy pics a client throws at them and expects miracles from....im gonna take some photography classes for this very reason....
anyways i was just saying that a truly talented graphic artist can use any version of photoshop and just cuz its the newest best version doesnt mean you automatically gonna start making the best graphics....i still make shit that aint that tight sometimes and sometimes i make really clean shit....its all in the pics that i have to work with usually and then its all on the weed and the creativity that flows from my mind.....
but yeah i didnt even know they had a cs4 out.....what i want is for adobe to make photoshop and illustrator into one program so i dont have to switch bacc n forth while working...im not sure if its possible but i heard they were workin on it.....maybe cs4 is it?
