I agree with what you said too homie all I meant by being comfortable is that sometimes it's hard for people to talk honestly when they're still angry as if the situation just took place a hour ago, because you end up just talking in circles. As far as the music being a good start music really didn't fix anything with bangin' on wax in the long run and the big picture of blood and crip beef in L.A. . Because if that was the case the big homies wouldn't have started having cease fire meetings over the last year or so it try and stop the killing. Because after the music stopped and Ronnnie Ron died niggaz went back to banging and that's why most of the cats from that album are either dead or in jail expect a few Redrum being one the few still alive and free. In order to fix this plague that we all have lost loved ones to we have to do things that will bring about real change and a open sincere dialogue is the right start in my opinion.

Rum is good with alot of the crips that did bangin on wax... infact they did an album called "Gangstalation" or something like that. I feel that is big being that alot of crips respect him.. even now with K Boy and Nipsey.

I think most people dont know, but It was mostly Inglewood Bloods and Compton Crips... who were not direct rivals.. if you can call it that.

that would be great if efforts toward peace were made, but it has to be done right. you gotta be careful with who you allow to get involved. somebody ignorant might fuck it all up. it's a good idea to link up with a grassroots organization like overcoming gangs or something, so they can help facilitate a dialogue between certain individuals, then move foward. no barbeques, concerts, or gatherings. somebody will get high or drunk and set-trip. all it takes is one incicent to kill it. that's why brothas like mitchy should be deliberate and thoughtful about who they connect with. you gotta take things slow, cause there are a lot of old wounds that could easily be opened up. also, if you speak it, you gotta live it. kids follow examples more than words. songs are cool, but it gotta come along with powerful statements by way of actions. you might have to go against some of your own homies, who aint ready for that. righteousness can be a real lonely place sometimes.

That's my point cause none of picnics or football games helped maintain peace in 92', I think we tried to hang out together to soon without having a enough talks. I don't want the same thing to happen in this situatiion you have to crawl before you walk.

U can go to any post and remove props u gave. And hell yeah progress is a slow process. Espicially if a nigga gotta shake the next mans hand who tried to kill u. I'm tired of all this gang shit. Sure, be proud of where you live, but don't kill in the name of it.

Be so much better if Blacks could unite and Hispanics could unite. Everyone together for that matter, squash the racism and this place will be easier to live and raise our kids.

It'll help the economy as well if this shit stopped because there would be less broken homes and mothers wouldn't have to resort to welfare and other social services because their man is either dead or in prison. Not to mention, drug abuse and other bullshit that goes along with gang life.
