NICE, QUIET & ROMANTIC SPOTS IN THE BAY!

Nick's in Pacifica. It is on the water. Nice scenic drive on the 1. great food. Make sure to fuck with the lemon tart dessert.
There is also an italian resturant on top of the motel on the right overlooking the beach and water. great food but shitty service or atleast my experience. cant blame them though. we came in smelling like a canibus club. the view is great though. it overlooks the ocean. If you get there at the right time i am sure the scenery is picture perfect with the cliffs,ocean,sunset, etc...

Gotta vouch for Shadowbrook in Capitola. Especially during the begonia festival where they got all the floats on the river. Used to be a server there for a few months (great job for anyone around that area), and fa real it felt like every room in that spot gotta unique warm charm to it. And on the steak night I used to see proposals almost every other week.
I'd get a vacation rental or a hotel room on the wharf and have a romantic weekend. The surf at pleasure point and the whole eastside is gonna be huge in the next few months too.
Crows Nest's food is phenomanal but I don't really see it as too romantic.
Or hit up wine country. Sonoma, Calistoga, Sebastapool, Napa, shit even Hieldsburg got beautiful restaurants and views. Shakes my head at her not drinking though Sydal. When I find my keeper best believe she'll be ready to sample wines and fuck like drunken animals in the vineyards lol.
