Man screw Crabtree, the Niners might end up coming across a better receiver anyway.

It looks like the tampering teams might have been scared off by the investigation because Crabtree all-of-a-sudden wants to talk to the Niners again. I have a feeling this deal will get done soon. Hopefully the tampering teams still get penalized for enabling Crabtree's holdout. He's already missed 1/4 of the season so even if we do sign him, the hammer still needs to be brought down.

I'd assume they already have evidence. The Niners have been found guilty of tampering before so they know what it takes to win a tampering case. I don't think they would have filed charges if they didn't have the necessary evidence.
