Probably either East Palo Alto or San Jose...Hell, Sean T. and his folks (Papoose, Mr. Sandman, whoever else) alone could set the pace for the whole city of EPA with their talent, and as far as San Jose, well...The D.U.G.O.U.T. pretty much summed it up...It's not just a coincidence, IMHO, that JT just put out FROM FILLMOE 2 SAN JOSE--there's some dope rappers there that could do it big (Playa Rae, etc).
