Safest city means smallest violent crime rate per capita. The city has over a million people, that's why it's the "safest" in the country...because compared to how many folks are here, the crime rate is small. The 2nd safest metropolitan area in the country is New York City I believe....

fuck man me an dmy homeboys were cruisin down tha strip and some cop was hellalookin @ me, so I told him wussup! then next thing U know it he has me pull over and check tha low low and my other homeys 4 nothin.....I also noticed that there r hella more cops in san jo i saw alone downtown bout 50 cars including paddy wagons and shit! san jo is the only place u can really cruise up here in norhtern cali and they tryna shut it down, fuk tha police!
