I don't know the exact figures, but The Massacre (regardless of who you know that liked it or not) sold somewhere between 6 - 10 million units. So to say 50 gets no support from most rap fans doesn't make ANY sense at all.

Y'all talkin about 50 burnin bridges, but shiiiet, think about it - Why does 50 Cent need ANY of them niggas anyway? He's the one cat that can do the shit he's doing and not worry about consequences.

Whether his next album sells or not has nothing to do with the 800 niggaz rappin on the One Blood Remix.

I don't think you understand that 50 Cent understands that he is a pop artist. He aint no dummy. He's a business man and he's out to sell records. The name of the game is to sell records. In basketball, the point of the game is to score points. If you can get to the lane every time for a layup and an easy bucket, you don't settle for a 20 foot jump shot.

If it wasn't for "In Da Club" (a pop song), "Get Rich..." wouldn't have reached the people it did for them to consider it a classic album.

As far as Nas' single is concerned ... shit, what 50 said made sense. If people would actually take the time to listen to what 50 Cent says, you'd find that dude is a sharp sunuvabitch. Cats automatically hate on him cause he's 50 Cent and he's winning so they miss out on some of the more insightful shit that the man has to say.

What's the "real shit"? Talkin bout shootin a nigga in every song and all that shit? Cats complain that quality is lacking but y'all want the same old recycled shit over and over and over... but it can't be poppish though.

So I guess 11 million the first time out and 9 million the second time out are just random people who decide they like 50 Cent...

When fiddy's time is over in the mainstream's spotlight, no one gonna remember him. He'll be no body like Ja Rule is now, cause he doesn't have solid fan base.
50 cent has many business ventures, so he will be around for a very long time. he don't need rap to make money anyway..
yeah he dry snitched, yeah he make pop songs, but he got more money than me or you and anybody on this board has ever seen, and thats what its all about at the end of the day.

why do you bother to argue on here?! lol
I don't look at it as arguing anymore. I look at it as me trying to open minds to good old fashion common sense...

I'm doing a service, lol
