i havent bought a cd from em since Family Reunion..and maybe a track off the north pole part 2 off itunes cause my homies came out on it.." I Got Your Back" to me all the beats sound the same and the graphics are just getting shitty looking..But i aint saying i hate drf or shit like that i got love 4 em cause they are the ones who started the norte rap genre i like the old shit better than the new

thx for the link kinda fucked up but i heard a lot of shit about crooked and duke from a lowdown homie. but anyways yea i like the track i got from unknown-Addicted To The Hustle and Venemous-I see dead people both was good i was listen to venemous like last week and wonder what happen to em. i was gonna get both of there first solo's of itunes

I remember reading this on Sir Dyno's deal with the devil..

Despite his marketed image, Sir Dyno now claims he's never known anyone who died from gang warfare, never had anyone close to him go off to prison. But life was still rough, he says, and drug deals and violence went down in front of his eyes, even if it was what he calls "mostly high school stuff, kid stuff, stupid stuff." He admits to selling pot, but only small-time, just enough "to support myself."

From those experiences, he says, he extrapolated in his art, and began rapping in that netherworld of myth, that place where facts give way to the cushion of fiction, where arrogance and boasting overtake the narrative. He rapped about how much money he'd make, how famous he'd get, how many women he could tag, how many people he'd shoot. It sold, and he knew why. "The only way to sell was to shock," he says. "The more shock you had in your raps, at the time, the more you sold. Whatever it is, you gotta go to the extreme. Not just in rap, but everywhere. People like the extreme."

Kind of seems most the shit they rapped about was fiction, and that they just rapped to impress.

i have like a top 3 fav rappers its woodie, sir dyno and first degree the d.. i only say that so i dont sound like im knocking dyno by saying this i was like 12 when i first heard skrap killa i listened to all the drf music dyno in my opinion is fake he contradicted himself a lot. he gots songs where he says i got brown pride tatted on my chest then he says i got norte tatted across my chest and in r.i.p. to my barrio he says im not killing nothing for a gang color followed by songs when he claims to kill ppl over gang color

shit duke and crooked never banged norte til what family reunion then drf went down hill every cd its norte this norte that those fools arent even mexican there el savadorens trying to get money collecting alf dolls the only good rapper they have is k.i.d. lol and duke tries to hard to be too short. i wonder has too short ever heard dukes raps
