The ones coming out next month not only feature a slightly different shape to the shoe and different material, but the sole is blue! I prefer that old school look that Jordan rocked. Only problem with older black metallic Vs is that they yellow, but I personally kind of like the yellowing aslong as it's not that nasty ass dirty teeth butter yellow. Got to constantly clean your older Vs if you want them icy.

also copped these Stacy Adams like a couple months ago, only wore em once though so far

It's because they're old(1999) and could also have to with how they were stored. If you put silica packs in the boxes to prevent yellow your also helping them dry out. Either way older 4's are notorious for the midsoles falling apart. It's tough to find a wearable pair because most of the ones out there right now have been stored in a closet since 1999 and haven't been worn so they fall apart when you do wear em.

i wore the fuck out of some black cat iv's, they were deadstocked for like 2 years when i got them , wore them everyday at work for like 8 months, and the rubber on the bottom where the shoe bends near the toe fuckin cracked. shoe sounds retarded when you walk, the rubber squeaks there and shit

i was wondering should i try and use some black shoe glue shit to save them or toss em. theyd be cool to have as back-up / trash shoes. anybody ever have that prob with iv's?
