seeing black mikey write letters and call people putting albums out to flow a little from the phone on the beginning of the album is tight..(how you gon treat ya boy liek a crackhead and drop the new west two and not even let your boy get a bar? ahh man you breakin my heart) ..thats about as real as you can get..i respect dude for reaching out and tryna keep his name poppin..he might not know what hes doing, he might...but that shit is san diego history to me...jayo felonys first album was jail influenced so was one of baylocs, its cool (aint shit cool about jail) to see sd artists give us insight into the prison system through music even if its just the mindstate of someone locked down.
that could easily become a part of this cities musical history, making music thats jail based and jail intelligent...you never know what the history might paint.
