Fuck, I'm still going to be on COD4 if they put another old school one out. That shit is boo boo...so tired of those old ass guns and scenarios. Might as way play Medal of Honor or some shit.

I'm almost positive that COD4 is their best selling one of the series...why would they switch it up ?
well, to put it simply - they stupid

1. No, the maps are not out yet.

2. The maps will NOT be free, or $15. They will be 800 points on the 360, and around $10 on the PS3, same as every other map pack ever released on both systems.

3. Treyarch and Infinity Ward trade off every year because Activision wants to give Infinity Ward enough time to make games as damn good as CoD4. I'm sure when CoD5 comes out, and is basically CoD4, but set in WW2, most of us will be blown away by something about the game and want to check it out. If not, we can just wait for CoD6.

4. Not that important, but the pics of the maps are for both the 360 and PS3 versions of the game.

dusk looks like every other COD4 map,not too excited about that one

hill is insteresting because it offers different terrain heights, most COD4 maps are flat as fuck

PSU.com said:
nfinity Ward has issued an update regarding the release of their upcoming patch for the PlayStation 3 version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Although consumers who own the Xbox 360 version of the critically acclaimed shooter received their patch last week, PS3 gamers have been somewhat left in the dark in regards to when they will receive their own version of the patch.

However, writing on the company’s official bog, Infinity Ward issued the following statement:

"The PS3 feature patch is currently at certification at Sony and has been for about a week now. It’s going through it’s necessary channels worldwide for each respective region. We haven’t heard any problems back so that’s a great sign. We haven’t received any eta from Sony (which is typical for these types of things) but if I hear any indication of when you might be able to expect it I’ll pass it along."

Those of you who are yet to make the transition from World War II battlefields into the modern field of combat should check out our review for more information.

^^From what I've read online is there is no information on what the cost will be, if any, for the new maps...it's all speculation. Also, again from what I've gathered, the three new levels are "rumored" to be the new levels. No word if that info leaked or what.

But I do think the maps will cost something, because most people are willing to pay for it.

who ever said the maps will cost 800 microsoft points is prolly 95% right because thats how much all maps cost when they come out, so thats around 11-12 buck considering the 1600 microsoft points card cost 20 bucks plus tax
