I've posted this b4 and I'll post it again. My dogg from Texas' side of the story (From 2007)

aiiiight here we go...

1.The girls mom is some chick that SPM used to fuck and she got mad because Los didnt wanna fuck with her anymore, so she put her daughter up to telling that lie, hell the little girl even admitted that her mom and the DA put her up to saying that shit in court when they found out she was lying in her testimony, she couldnt decide whether he did it for real or she dreamed it.

2.The main reason why Los is in jail right now isnt because of this rape case, its because of his past, that cat used to be a HUUUUUUUUGE kingpin, that shit jeezy and T.I. rap about doing, he did that shit times 2, he was always skating the interstate with keys, thats why he's so damn respected all over Houston and was down with Screw and the SUC, and due to him being involved in the business that he was in, he had a lot of friends in high places that kept the law and even the feds off his ass, but when he decided to go legit, he lost all those friends so all he had to do was just sneeze and not say excuse me, and they were gonna lock him up...i mean just look at the time he got, 40 years for a rape case...MY ASS

3.When they brought Los into questioning for this bullshit, he only admitted to doing 2 things wrong in his life that he regrets, he burned his neighbors house down when he was a kid, and he got his baby's mom pregnant when she was like 15-16 and he was 19-20, he was in the process of getting a major deal with Universal, he was running DopeHouse Records which was a wildly sucessful latino rap label with respect from everybody, and dude was getting wild amounts of money, why would he fuck that up by raping some little girl
