To get rid of that online dialer, first hit ctrl+alt del to bring up the task manger , click the processes tab to see if it is running. If so, select the online dialer and end the process, you won't be able to delete it if it is running. Then go to C: Windows or Winnt ( whichever applies to you) then open the system32 folder. Look for the online dialer there and delete it. Try different virus scan programs , one will pick up what the other missed. Use an effective firewall. Most of the programs that are installed without your knowledge ...for the most part .. have to make changes in the registry. There are programs that prevent changes from being made to the registry.. therefore the backdoor program will not install properly and will not work, or there are programs to notify you of what changes have been made to the registry...and you can track it down from there. I can't see your monitor from here.!
