Either youre puttin in work on the set or youre in the NBA, you cant be both. Shit, Give me a legit million dollar salary and I'd be quick to say fuck the hood. I doubt he's from Piru though. He might be just some dude who hung around but was never from there.

I don't really see what the big deal is. If that is what that grew up in then that's what they know so that's who/where they shout out and represent. This banging stuff has been going on for a long time and I know way more inactive dudes, then active that still want hesitate to claim where they come from. You don't have to promote violence, to represent where you came from.

Alot of these players in the NBA and NFL...are from the projects......Dont get it twisted some of these cats plug their homies in the hood with work.....They have no choice......If they want to go to their hometown they have to be feeding someone......Or at least these pros claiming sets do...They aint throwin that shit up for nothing.......These athletes got hood passes in the projects for playing sports.......
