a pitcher for the white sox got fined $750 for one pitch he threw, which was behind the batter. that's literally a fraction, less than %10 of what dude got paid to throw that single pitch.
sportscenter did the math and looked at his contract, and I think he averages about $6,500 a pitch this season, assuming he makes it to the end.
Far as LeBron goes, maybe it was 'unsportsmanlike' to do what he did, but if you're averaging 44 pts a game in that series and lose in six, what in the fuck would you be doing after all your hard ass work? Put yourself in your job at your work, doing 45% of the overall work for your company and then not getting a damn thing to show for it at the end. Its like showing up to McD's and running the drive through, grill, fry basket and register while all your co-workers just sitting around on they asses.
Fine? I dont think he deserved it. Just because he's nice to the media every game and doesn't want to talk to them after losing one, he doesn't deserve a fine. There's plenty of NBA players who dont ever hold press conferences afterward, they dont ever get fined.
