seriously it would be awkward talkin about the album for white people

if I was around black people I didn't know real well I'd be hesitant to talk about it

I'd be stoppin in mid-sentence thinkin bout what I'm gonna say

and yet so many were listening to NWA stfu
Hmmm…

Its the fore, not the latter. Now, they can stock this album in Wal-Mart's. At the end of the day, Nas is signed to one of the biggest record labels in the industry, and their #1 priority is to SELL RECORDS. Without outlets like Wal-Mart, that hinders their potential success.
I don't think many white people would have picked the album up...
^^^^^ so that would of been 80% of his record sales.

Disappointed in his 180, u have to have the balls to stand up for your convictions.......

As a big NAS fan i have to say that
ILLMATIC, IT WAS WRITTEN, STILLMATIC & GOD'S SON are good albums....
other than that he is very hit n miss, like almost every other rapper....
BUT that doesnt dismiss the fact hes a dope lyricist that actually talks bout summn....
