overrated - I also would have to say Keak is overrated. I mean keak got a style and delivery all his own which is pretty sicc. But has anyone noticed that he can't spit worth shit?! dude uses more sound effect words like "barrabababamm" (super hyphy) than he does real words.

underrated - I would say Bailey or somewhat the Team in that i don't think they've gotten all the exposure they deserve. they need to be more hyphy or something and grow out some dreads. they weren't even in that MTV2 My Block thing.

imma have to agree with yall on the over-rated keak tip....
He does indeed have a delivery all his own,but is he ever saying anything? Hell naw! its always fukn sounds...If dat nig wasnt from the twn, nobody would really feel him like that...

Underrated: San Quinn and The Jacka
Both dudes are known, but don't sell nearly as much as they should be selling. Both got their own sound and still bring heat on every album and every verse while staying off the hyphy bus.. To me, they are like the Nas's or the Jay-Z's of the Bay Area.

Overrated: 90%o of the Thizz Ent. roster with the exception of Mistah Fab, Dubee, and Mac Mall (who by the way has been falling off lately due to him trying to fit in with the whole hyphy sound).
