@CHRIS-- Consider taking the "14" off the end for the same reasons. I know a lot of Northern guys who are not close to the Fresno area may not hear lot about it, but "14" as opposed to "XIV" is a bullfrog indicator to people around there. You'll find tho not too many Norte really give a flying fuck about those little things until they know fo sure if someone is repping Fresno or not, and not just a young or confused far away Northerner not knowing those details.
Yea-- I know all that "dog" and "bullfrog" stuff been a huge debate cuz alot of you San Francisco guys I guess thought I was joking a few years ago about how East Bay and San Jo Northern dudes seriously fel about that word because of the real traitor issues. I know I joke around a whole lot guys, but for real I wasn't joking at all about what I was told about that, or any of the other things that were goin around at that time. Is there a real simple way for people to know when other people are joking or not? Nowadays even if I put something on "my mother's grave" half the time people assuming that's a joke when that's not. I was really trying to kick some knowledge to some of you dudes about the "dog" situation, even tho it's not really as much of an obvious issue to Norte who are far away from Fresno. I think people are finally getting used to that fact and being a little bit more understanding that a lot of more Northern or new West Bay Norte never really heard much about the whole "dog" thing or I guess thought it was a rediculous joke.

It ought to fo sho, but people bordering Hayward Decoto and San Jose DO make that distinction claiming XIV is the pure way and bullfrogs still use 14. I know it don't matter much to some of the newer set, but I hate to see people caught in the middle of confusion get hated on in some of these areas without knowing why. It realy shouldn't matter, but it does.
Fo sho, but maybe some of you aren't knowing that a whole lot of Hayward Fremont San Jo sets really do or at least did make a distinction to only use ONLY Roman XIV numerals and specifically NOT "14" ever, tho-- I guess now things are changing????
I guess I could be wrong, I don't know people in every single set, but some homiez made a real huge point of it saying it was from the top down. I could have been lied to I suppose, cuz a lot gets said in mixed company when there's females around & people are drunk.

You prolly won't have any problems whatsoever, but there are a few down homies in the Hayward/Decoto/Fremont/San Jose area who like to classify Norteness by using Roman numerals only, even tho most recognize "14" has become popular among other sets. I don't think anybody will trip on you too hard, but alot of those cats really like to give other Norte the third degree, and I don't fault them for holdin it down the way they were brought up by their elders.
