Wow, I just did a search and apparently Twista's record was broken in 2005 by an emcee named Ricky Brown who rapped 723 syllables in 51.27 seconds!

man... the Twista that you hear on the radio today aint nowhere as fast as he was back in 1992...

and Twista's record was broken earlier than 2005.... another dude from Chicago went on the Guiness Book Of World Records TV show back in 1998 and out did him....
