If you read that with a legal mind, you'll find that the original statement is just a release form. It's basically saying that everything you put on the site, is your property to put up and that MySpace has the rights to host it on their site.

I wish he would take my songs and do whatever he wants with it its just a few songs,that aint nothin...I love free promotion..the funny thing is majority of the artsists shouldnt even be concerned they couldnt even sell there albums at the 99cent stores...but you should read everything you sign...but if people still have a problem with the myspace..imagine taking that away...thats like puttin your nuts in some pliers you just hurting yourself

who cares, people trip to hard in the bay about there stuff getting out and someone stealing. For it to matter the song would really have to blow up, in that case why would you complain take the loss and use your name once they blow you up. Thats why our scene is weak, everybody raised here is so worried about gettin got, even me, but im trying to change that, so should everyone else.
